Green Key is partnered with two international hotel chains, the Rezidor Hotel Group and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. The hotel chains recognise the innate value of Green Key to make their establishments more sustainable.
The Rezidor Hotel Group is one of the most dynamic hotel companies in the world and a member of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. The group features a portfolio of 457 hotels in operation and under development with more than 100,000 rooms in 80 countries.
Rezidor operates the core brands Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson in Europe, Middle East and Africa, along with the Club Carlson loyalty programme for frequent hotel guests. In early 2014 and together with Carlson, Rezidor has launched the new brands Radisson RED (lifestyle select) and Quorvus Collection (luxury). Rezidor has an industry-leading Responsible Business Programme and was awarded one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the US think tank, Ethisphere.
Rezidor actively participates in driving innovatino and positive impact in the hospitality industry. Since 2010, Rezidor has been an international hotel chain partner of Green Key and has committed to eco-labelling all hotels. Currently, more than 140 Rezidor hotels have been awarded with the Green Key, and Rezidor has worked with Green Key to introduce the eco-label in various countries. Rezidor currently has 75% of its hotels eco-labelled.

It is through Starwood’s support for their properties to achieve excellence that the Division for Europe, Africa and Middle East hotels has entered a partnership with Green Key to actively work and successfully achieve goals of reducing the environmental impact of the business activities and continually improve and innovate best practices aimed at a) conserving natural resources, b) minimising waste and pollution, c) enhancing indoor environmental quality, d) establishing and reporting on key environmental performance indicators, and e) raising environmental awareness among staff, guests, and communities.
